Pure pomegranate flavor!  A sweet, tasty, natural, vegan and delicious fruity jelly.  My Pomegranate Jelly starts with ripe pomegranates picked from the tree in my backyard in Altadena, California ((supplemented with ripe fruit gathered in the Altadena, CA area).

  • Ingredients: Fresh, ripe pomegranates, pure cane sugar, pectin, and a touch of  lime juice
  • No chemicals, fillers, or preservatives

The water bath canning method is used to preserve the jelly. This method preserves the jelly for 18 months or more without the addition of any chemicals or preservatives.  My jellies never include additional water or any other filler to "stretch" the product, as many commercial jelly makers do, so you can be assured of getting the full fruit flavor.
