An exciting new citrus taste – Tangerine Supreme Marmalade! Sweet tangerines in a perfectly smooth marmalade, all natural, with no chemicals or preservatives. “Supreme” is what makes it perfectly smooth with no “bite” at the end! It starts with fresh tangerines picked from the tree in my brother’s backyard in Huntington Beach, California (supplemented with ripe fruit gathered in the Altadena, CA area).

The “Supreming” method is used to harvest the actual tangerine meat. This method separates the bitter casings (the pith) from the tangerine meat. It is the bitter pith that produces the “bite” or “kick” at the end of a taste of other citrus marmalades. As a result, my marmalade is perfectly smooth, with only the pure, sweet tangerine flavor to enjoy and no aftertaste.
The water bath canning method is used to preserve the marmalade. This method preserves the marmalade for 18 months or more without the addition of any chemicals or preservatives. My marmalades never include additional water or any other filler to “stretch” the product, as many commercial marmalade makers do, so you can be assured of getting the full fruit flavor.
